An ultrasonic generator attached to a water dispenser is provided to prevent deterioration of the water contained in a mineral water container of the water dispenser, increase dissolved oxygen of the water, and reduce increase of bacteria living in the water by applying vibration to water contained in the mineral water container. An ultrasonic generator attached to a water dispenser comprises an ultrasonic vibration part(120) for generating ultrasonic waves by an ultrasonic oscillator(140) which amplifies power in an output amplification part through an adapter after amplifying an oscillation signal output from a signal amplifier, and which comprises a resonant circuit; and a control unit(240) for controlling the ultrasonic vibration part to apply generated ultrasonic waves into mineral water in a mineral water container of the water dispenser. The control unit includes a PCB(Printed Circuit Board,260), a relay part(280), and an operating switch(200) and a timer(220) for operating the ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic generator further comprises a sealing member between the water dispenser and the ultrasonic vibration part to prevent water leakage, an operating display lamp(160) attached to one side of the water dispenser to display the operation of the ultrasonic generator, and an optical sensor(340) attached to one side of the water dispenser and operated by surrounding brightness.
