DISPENSING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL BY USING IT

A dispensing device and a method for manufacturing a plasma display panel using the same are provided to improve discharge efficiency and decrease power consumption of the PDP(Plasma Display Panel) by forming a differential dielectric member on an upper plate of the PDP. A sustain electrode pair is formed on a substrate(100). A first dielectric layer is formed on the substrate. The substrate is made of a soda lime glass. A transparent electrode(110), a black electrode(120), and a bus electrode(130) are sequentially formed on the substrate. A first dielectric material is coated on the sustain electrode pair with uniform thickness. The first dielectric layer is applied by using a green sheet scheme or a table coating scheme. A second dielectric layer is applied on the first dielectric layer by using a dispensing scheme. An inverse trapezoidal dielectric material is applied on the second dielectric layer, such that the second dielectric layer has a differential structure.
