ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM COMPOSITION FOR HIGH RELIABILITY BASEED POLYURETHANE ACRYLATE AND THE ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM THEREOF

An anisotropic conductive film composition, and an anisotropic conductive film formed from the composition used as a connecting material between modules in the package of a display device and a semiconductor device are provided to improve adhesive strength and connecting reliance. An anisotropic conductive film comprises 5-50 wt% of a thermoplastic resin; 5-50 wt% of a polyurethane acrylate resin; 1-50 wt% of a (meth)acrylate oligomer; 1-30 wt% of a (meth)acrylate monomer; 0.1-15 wt% of a radical initiator; and 0.01-20 wt% of a conductive particle. Preferably the polyurethane acrylate resin comprises isocyanate, polyol, diol and hydroxyl or amine acrylate, and has a molecular weight of 1,000-50,000, wherein the content of polyol is 70% or less, and at least one of the terminal functional groups comprises a hydroxyl group or an amine acrylate group.
