摘要 An anisotropic conductive film composition, and an anisotropic conductive film formed from the composition used as a connecting material between modules in the package of a display device and a semiconductor device are provided to improve adhesive strength and connecting reliance. An anisotropic conductive film comprises 5-50 wt% of a thermoplastic resin; 5-50 wt% of a polyurethane acrylate resin; 1-50 wt% of a (meth)acrylate oligomer; 1-30 wt% of a (meth)acrylate monomer; 0.1-15 wt% of a radical initiator; and 0.01-20 wt% of a conductive particle. Preferably the polyurethane acrylate resin comprises isocyanate, polyol, diol and hydroxyl or amine acrylate, and has a molecular weight of 1,000-50,000, wherein the content of polyol is 70% or less, and at least one of the terminal functional groups comprises a hydroxyl group or an amine acrylate group.
