A method of uplink synchronization establishment based on the united transmission technology according to the invention, which including, UE processes the channel establishment of the downlink channel firstly, the downlink channel is nearby the uplink channel, determines the transmission timing of transmission signal of the uplink synchronization time slot, and constructs the transmission matrix A and the matrix d which is related with the former planned send signal, then solves d=Ae+n, gets the converted signal e, transmits signal e instead of the former uplink synchronization sequence, and uses the sending timing determined by the step (b); the base station estimate the received signal by the correlator, gets the timing of the uplink signal, deducts the time adjustment of UE; finally, the network guides UE to complete the adjustment of the transmission timing of the uplink signal, and completes the establishment of the uplink synchronization. The method realizes that UE completes the establishment of the uplink synchronization guided accurately by the base station in the mobile communication system. A transmission matrix and the construct method thereof in the TD-SCDMA system are also realized according to the invention, it can remove the time delay of the channel by using the transmission matrix for converting the uplink synchronization sequence. ® KIPO & WIPO 2008
