An incubating apparatus with controlled pressure is provided to maintain the pressure, temperature and CO2 concentration as culturing conditions desired by a user at regular state for a long time, thereby being effectively applied to culture various living organisms. An incubating apparatus with controlled pressure comprises: a pressure chamber(1) where a living organism to be culture is laid; a bomb(6) which is connected to the pressure chamber and stores air containing 5-10 parts by weight of CO2 injected into the pressure chamber inside; a vacuum pump(13) which is connected to the pressure chamber and inhales the air inside of the pressure chamber; a heat controller(3) which detects the inner temperature of the pressure chamber through a thermosensor(2) and injects heat into the pressure chamber in accordance with the detected inner temperature; a pressure transducer(18) which detects the inner pressure of the pressure chamber through a pressure sensor(10) and converts the pressure measured by the pressure sensor into a value; and a monitor(11) displaying the converted pressure value. The apparatus further comprises: a pressure injection valve(9) installed on a hose connecting the bomb to the pressure chamber to control the amount of the air containing CO2 flown in the pressure chamber from the bomb; a pressure ejection valve(12) installed on a hose connecting the vacuum pump to the pressure chamber to control the amount of air ejected from the pressure chamber to the vacuum pump; and an air heater(8) which heats the air containing CO2 ejected from the bomb and injected into the pressure chamber before being injected into the pressure chamber. Further, the heat controller contains a heat supplying part for increasing an inner temperature of the pressure chamber. |
