A method for transmitting and receiving control information in a wireless communication system is provided to use radio resource efficiently and ensure reliability of control information reception for specific service reception in a terminal. A control information transmitting method comprises the following steps of: transmitting notification indication information, including information related to a channel resource area to which the control information for a specific service is transmitted, to at least one or more terminals; and transmitting a notification message including control information to at least one or more terminals through a channel resource area which is indicated by the information related to the channel resource area.
