A bubble generator using a wind power or a solar energy is provided to remove an operating cost, and to prevent environmental problem by treatment of operation waste. A bubble generator includes: a rotary wing(3) supported by a frame(2) so as to rotate by wind; a pumping unit(5) for pumping the outer air by a rotation power of a rotary shaft(9) equipped with the rotary wing; a spraying unit(7) having at least one sprayer(23) and a check unit(25) for preventing a back current of water(10), and spraying the air pumped by the pumping unit to the water; and an electric unit(11) mounted between the rotary shaft and the pumping unit so as to convert a rotation motion of the rotary shaft into a linear reciprocating motion. |
