An elbow structure for connecting a pipe is provided to increase fixing force of the pipe and to improve productivity by fastening the pipe at a nearer position than a traditional method and by forming a hanging sill to adjust height of the pipe and a concave groove unit at the same time. An elbow structure for connecting a pipe comprises the followings: a pair of connecting units(10) installed opposite to each other, including a pipe connecting unit(14) extended to at least two directions; a concave groove unit formed of a concave groove shape at an outer surface in the center of the connecting unit, and extended to both end direction to form a pair of hanging sills(22) at an opposite inner side; multiple inserting holes(30) formed opposite in the concave groove unit; and at least two fixing tools(42,44) penetrating the inserting hole and fastening the pair of connecting units in an opposite direction, to fix the pipe inserted to the pipe connecting unit of the pair of connecting units.
