An automatic tester for the electrode tap of a lithium secondary battery is provided to prevent an electrode tap determined to be inferior goods from being used in a secondary battery by making the electrode tap, thereby improving the reliance of a battery. An automatic tester for the electrode tap of a lithium secondary battery comprises a main body(40); a supply part(50) which is installed at one part of the main body and loads an electrode tap wound to a bobbin(41); an encoder which is installed at one part of the supply part and senses the film fixed to a metal band constituting the electrode tap by a constant interval; a camera part(60) which takes a picture of the adhered state of the film fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the metal band when the film is sensed by the encoder; a test part(70) which converts the 2D analog data of the camera part to the digital data to test the adhered state of a film and display the result on screen; a marking part(80) which does not operated if the result is good and marks the corresponding electrode tap if not; and a winding part(90) which is installed at the one part of the main body located at the opposite of the supply part and winds the test-terminated electrode tap to a bobbin. |
