The present invention relates to the energy-conversion industry and more specifically to the industry of producing devices for converting alternative natural energy sources into energy that is more controllable and relatively easy to store. The advantages of the present equipment as compared with prior-art equipment lie in the fact that the present equipment has a long service life and can extract energy, from waves, that can be stored for use at the required time and can be controlled in terms of its application. Structurally, the equipment of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises a float that has a hole in the centre. In said hole there is, firmly secured, a rigid tube connected hydraulically via one of its ends to a hose and via the other end to a check-type valve at the end submerged in the bed of water; at the opposite end of the hose that is joined hydraulically to the rigid tube, the hose opens out into a water reservoir on dry land and above average sea l evel.
