An organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a contact resistance and prevent deterioration of adhesive force of a first electrode and source and drain electrodes by forming a first metal layer with the same electromotive force as a second metal layer or more. An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate(200), a thin film transistor, a first metal layer(270), an insulating film(280), a second metal layer(285), a first electrode(290), a pixel defining film(300), an organic film layer(310), and a second electrode(320). The thin film transistor is placed on the substrate and includes a semiconductor layer(220), a gate electrode(240), and source and drain electrodes(261,262). The first metal layer is positioned on the source and drain electrodes of the thin film transistor. The insulating film is positioned on the substrate including the first metal layer. The second metal layer is placed on the insulating film and electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The first electrode is positioned on the second metal layer and the pixel defining film is placed on the first electrode. The organic film layer is placed on the pixel defining film and the second electrode is positioned on the organic film layer. |
