A vehicle seat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity and quality of a seat foam pad of the vehicle seat by improving mobility of a foaming solution. A vehicle seat(100) comprises a seat frame(10), a seat foam pad and a multi-layer non-woven fabric(13). The seat foam pad is installed on the seat frame to provide the seat frame with the cushion function. The multi-layer non-woven fabric is interposed between the seat frame and the seat foam pad to prevent noise from occurring between the seat frame and the seat foam pad. The multi-layer non-woven fabric includes a long fiber non-woven fabric(13a) and a short fiber non-woven fabric(13b). The long fiber non-woven fabric is attached to the seat foam pad and the short fiber non-woven fabric is positioned adjacent to the seat frame. |
