<p>A packaging technology and method for quick cooking using the principle of adiabatic expansion are provided to improve convenience in use and to maximize energy savings by enabling a user to cook in a short time and minimizing energy necessary for the cooking. A packaging technology for quick cooking using the principle of adiabatic expansion includes: an elastic net covered on a food material in case of the food material with a peel; and a peel calcination capsule(22) attached to a food material(21) under a vacuum or a general air pressure state, and the elastic net(23) covered on the peel calcination capsule in case of the food material without a peel.</p> |
