<p>PURPOSE: A burr removing apparatus is provided to prevent a chrome coating surface from being damaged and to reduce bending portions by minimizing fatigue of a roll using a multi-stepped burr masher roll. CONSTITUTION: A burr removing apparatus includes a fixing frame(507). A moving frame(508) is mounted on the fixing frame(507) in such a manner that the moving frame(508) moves in left and right directions. A moving guide(317) is coupled to the moving frame(508) in such a manner that the moving guide(317) moves up and down. A burr masher roll body section is mounted on the moving guide(317) in order to remove burrs(104). A multi-stepped moving device is provided to move the burr masher roll body section in left and right directions according to thickness of a coil. The moving frame(508) has a screw(506), a rotary motor(501), a touch bar(504) and a PLG(502).</p> |
