A signal supply apparatus and a display system comprising the same are provided to synchronize an audio signal outputted to an external speaker with a video signal displayed on a display device easily, in a case where the external speaker and the display device are independently connected to the signal supply apparatus. A signal input unit(101) receives an outside signal. A signal process unit(105) processes a video signal and an audio signal included in the outside signal. A display connection unit(103) outputs the processed video signal to a display device in a wireless type. A speaker connection unit outputs the processed audio signal to a speaker in a cable type. When the display connection unit and the speaker connection unit are connected to the display device and the speaker, a controller(109) controls the signal process unit to delay the audio signal for a predetermined delay time in comparison with the video signal and output the delayed audio signal.
