SYSTEM FOR REPORTING AND EVALUATING SEISMIC DAMAGE OF STRUCTURE

A system for evaluating and reporting the seismic damage of a structure is provided to evaluate the seismic damage according to earthquake response acceleration by measuring ground acceleration input to the structure and executing dynamic analysis on the basis of the measured ground acceleration. An earthquake monitoring unit(100) comprises an earthquake measuring unit(110) measuring earthquake acceleration of the structure by installing earthquake accelerometers at the top and specific position of the structure; an earthquake acceleration detecting module(120) discriminating between wind load or constant vibration acceleration and earthquake response acceleration; and a database storing unit(130) storing the earthquake response acceleration measured through the earthquake measuring unit. An earthquake evaluating unit(200) comprises a displacement reference set module(210) setting displacement reference of the structure by non-linear static analysis and design reference; an earthquake response displacement calculating module(220) receiving data of the database storing unit and computing earthquake response displacement by the earthquake response acceleration of the structure; and a seismic damage evaluating module(230) evaluating the seismic damage by comparing displacement reference set by the displacement reference set module and earthquake response displacement computed by the earthquake response displacement calculating module. An earthquake measurement reporting unit(300) is composed of an information input module(310) inputting information about the measuring equipment monitoring earthquake by the earthquake monitoring unit, the structure, and ground condition, and measurement position; a report automating module(320) automatically making a report by using information inputted through the information input module, the earthquake evaluation result outputted from the earthquake evaluating unit, and the response acceleration of the structure; and a report managing unit(330) transmitting an earthquake evaluation report made through the report automating module and the data of the earthquake response acceleration to a manager.
