An apparatus for traveling a form for tunnel excavation is provided to simplify the work process and to reduce the length of the process by connecting support frames supported and fixed to the inside of an excavated tunnel with a support device having rails and making a form device guided and moved to the rails, thereby excluding the necessity for installing additional rails to a tunnel. An apparatus(1) for traveling a form for tunnel excavation comprises a pair of support frames(2) including bearings(21) supporting a structure and having a long groove in the axial direction, a pair of supports connected by upper and lower connectors, a pair of lower cylinders(23) moving a support device upward and downward, a head(24) moved upward and downward on the upper part of the support and fixing the support frames to an excavated tunnel and an upper cylinder(25) moving the head on the upper side of the upper connector, a support device(3) connecting the support frames with a penetrated structure, moved vertically by the lower cylinder and including projections coupled to the long groove and guided, projecting parts facing each other in the longitudinal direction and many fastening pieces having a coupling hole, a pair of outer rails on the bottom, a pair of inner rails moving concrete to the inside of a tunnel, a transportation device moved along the inner rails and a stopper preventing the separation of the transportation device from the inner rails, and a form device(4) moving the support frames and the support device upward and downward, placing concrete in an excavated tunnel and including a connecting device covering the support device with a penetrated structure, many rollers corresponded to the projecting parts and the outer rails on the inside of the connecting device and guided to the upper side of the projecting parts to move the form device forward and backward, a traveling cylinder fixed to the coupling hole with a binder on the upper inside, many support jacks formed on the outside, form support frames(45) supporting the connecting device on two ends and a form covering the connecting device and fastened to the support jack.
