A mandrel mold structure for extruding a pipe is provided to minimize defective forming and mold damage by flowing half melted raw material smoothly and quickly to a slit of a mandrel and by reducing pressure applied to the slit. A mandrel mold structure for extruding a pipe having multiple ribs at an inside comprises a bridge including at least one port hole, a mandrel(20) fixed at the center of the bridge, and a die connected to a rear of the bridge, including a perforated extruding hole at a center. The mandrel comprises the followings: a body(21) inserted to a center of the bridge; a tapered part(22) extended inclining from the body; a forming part(23) extended from the tapered part, including with multiple slits(24); a slope part(24a) formed with a sloped upper/lower wall of the slit; and an opening part(25) opened at an end of the slit.
