The power generation system comprises a water wheel, which is mounted on a channel that allows a cyclical movement with two vertical and adjacent sections. The former section of water wheel is arranged inside a tube, where the later section of water wheel is submerged in the sea. The difference of densities between the fresh water and salt water is generated, where a cyclical displacement of water wheel is determined.
