The system has a sensor (3) resistant to corrosion and pressure and situated in each liquid carbon-di-oxide reservoir (1). A control centre (2) is situated in a location with alarm reports (14). The sensor floats at liquid gas surface to be controlled and emits and receives digital signals codified in connection with the centre, and data is programmed in the centre. The sensor provides information, which is stored in an inviolable memory equipped with access code.
