The device (1) has a fuel transferring unit (4) with a pressure control unit (7) to authorize fuel passage of a fuel circulation chamber (2) towards another fuel circulation chamber (3). A fuel pressure regulating unit (8) prohibits the fuel passage of the chamber (2) towards the chamber (3), when the pressure of fuel in the chamber (3) is higher than the maximum pressure threshold in the chamber (3). The unit (8) authorizes the fuel passage of the chamber (2) towards the chamber (3), when the fuel pressure in the chamber (3) is lower than a minimum fuel pressure threshold in the chamber (3).
