摘要 The invention relates to a plant for galvano-electroflotation treatment of industrial sewage waters and may be used for neutralization of galvanic, metallurgical, chemical productions waste from particles of non-ferrous and heavy metals, halogenides, oil and petroleum impurities. The plant for galvano-electroflotation treatment of industrial sewage waters includes a galvanocoagulator comprising a body (1) with bottom (2), a cathode (6), a chamber filled with a galvanic couple (7), an anode (11), a membrane (9), separating the anodic and cathodic compartments, branch pipes for inlet (14) of sewage and for outlet (32) of treated waters, and an electric flotator (24), in the lower part of which there are placed a perforated anode (27) and a wire cathode (28), and in the upper part there is placed a foam catcher (29), made in the form of funnel, with a foam-discharge pipe (32). Into the lateral opposite walls of the electric flotator there are mounted branch pipes (31) for inlet of compressed air for foam blowing and there are fixed rests (35) with blocks (36) and flexible cables (37) thrown thereover, one end of which is fixed to the upper part of the galvanocoagulator and the other one is provided with counterweights (38) for carrying out the alternate and oscillatory motion of the galvanocoagulator, the body (1) of which is made in the form of inverted truncated tetrahedron with bottom (2) in the form of plate, onto which there are mounted an eccentric device (3), a fan (4) for foam blowing and an electric drive (5). In the center of the chamber (7) there is vertically installed a cathode (6), in the lower part parallel to its bottom there is mounted the branch pipe (14) with an ejector (16) for inlet of sewage waters, made in the form of a tube with blanked-off end and perforated in the part (19) placed inside the chamber (7), to the branch pipe (14) placed outside the chamber (7), perpendicular to its longitudinal axis, there is coupled a branch pipe (17) for inlet of pulsating air, and parallel to the wall of the body (1) there are placed a membrane (9) and a perforated anode (11) adjacent to it, at the same time in the anodic compartment between the membrane (9) and the wall of the body (1) parallel to them there is installed a partition (12), not reaching the bottom (2) and forming with the body wall a downflow channel (13). The galvanocoagulator and the electric flotator communicate between them by means of a vertical tube (22) with bellows (21), the lower part (23) of which, placed under the anode (27) of the electric flotator and parallel to it, is perforated.
