A pelvis exercising device for preventing prostatitis is provided to enable a user to increase muscular power in his/her pelvis, waist and abdomen by widening and narrowing knees of both legs. A pelvis exercising device for preventing prostatitis includes a case(2), a support(3), an oval hole(2-1), a V shape coil spring(4), an elastic rod(4-1), a U shape hook key(5) and a force plate(6). The support is formed to protrude in a cylindrical shape on the inner center of the case. The oval hole is formed on the front of the case. The V shape coil spring is inserted into the support. The elastic rod is formed to extend on both sides of the v shape coil spring. The hook key is integrally installed to be hung on the elastic rod. The force plate is integrally installed on both ends of the elastic rod.
