Subject of the invention is a touch-sensitive foil which is used for the production of a touch-sensitive switch for example for ovens. The specified foil is designed from a series of overlapping and interconnected layers where the first supporting layer (1) carries a layer (2) of conductive material and over the layer (2) made of conductive material there is another supporting layer (3) which holds a colour layer (4). The first supporting layer (1) featuring the conductive material layer (2) and the second supporting layer (3) featuring the colour layer (4) are mutually linked by way of an adhesive layer (5). The complete layer assembly (1) to (5) is by way of adhesive material (6) attached to the supporting layer (7) made for example from glass.
