A vehicle advertisement petal is provided to exclude a risk in that a person is caught in a wheel of a vehicle and prevent noise generated in a tire from being diffused. A vehicle advertisement petal includes an advertisement petal fixing frame and an advertisement petal(120). The advertisement petal fixing frame is installed in a vehicle body in an upper part of a wheel of a vehicle. The advertisement petal is fixed to the advertisement petal fixing frame. The advertisement petal fixing frame includes an upper plate and a lower plate. An edge of a front end of the upper plate is molded with rubber and forms a molding unit. A riveting hole is formed on the lower plate. A space portion into which one side of the advertisement petal can be inserted is formed between the upper plate and the vehicle body with the lower plate being in close contact with the vehicle body in the upper part of the wheel of the vehicle.
