The valve has a pre-adjusting device including a cylindrical shield (15) which partially covers a valve seat retainer (7) and delimits an interval with a casing whose lower part (3) is made of plastic material element. A mobile, hollow cylindrical socket (17) formed in the interval cooperates with the shield to present gaps forming openings with variable covering. A valve element (9) is disposed on the valve seat retainer. The shield presents a projection corresponding to a maximal course length of the valve element, according to a displacement direction of the valve element.
