A clothes dryer for an apartment house and an exclusive exhausting structure thereof are provided to discharge gas generated by clothes dryers exclusively for resolving problems caused by CO gas and lint contained in the discharged gas and backflow of the discharged gas. An exclusive exhausting structure for a clothes dryer for an apartment house includes a standing pipe(100) for discharging gas such as hot wind generated in the clothes dryer(300) to the outside of the building, and a plurality of branch pipes(200) provided in each household for guiding the gas to the standing pipe. The branch pipe is connected to the clothes dryer via a gas discharge pipe(310). The standing pipe is connected to the outside via an atmospheric air pipe(110) and mounted with a drain structure(120) connected to a drain pipe(130). The branch pipe is mounted with a backflow prevention damper, a CO filter, and a lint filter.
