摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves receiving a request having a parameter related to presentation quality of multimedia content, from a client to transmit a multimedia stream. An encoding rate lesser than a transmission rate of the stream from a server to the client is determined based on the parameter. A part of the content is encoded based on the encoding rate and the transmission rate of the encoded part.
