A PRODUCTION METHOD OF ELECTROLYTIC CELL AND THE ELECTROLYTIC CELL

A method of constructing an electrolytic cell for large-scale anodizing is provided to enable the electrolytic cell to be used semi-permanently by forming a concrete layer, an adiabatic layer and an inner layer on an inner periphery of the soil pit after forming a soil pit on the ground, and an electrolytic cell constructed by the method is provided. In an electrolytic cell(10) used in large-scale anodizing, the electrolytic cell comprises: a soil pit(20) formed on the ground(1) such that the soil pit has predetermined depth and area; a concrete layer(30) having a predetermined thickness formed by pouring concrete onto an inner peripheral surface of the soil pit and hardening the concrete; an adiabatic layer(40) formed by fixing a heat insulating material with a predetermined thickness to an inner peripheral surface of the concrete layer; and an inner layer(50) which is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the adiabatic layer and made of a material that is not chemically reacted with an electrolyte, and which has a plating space(12) formed therein. The adiabatic layer is made of fiberglass. The inner layer is made of fiberglass reinforced plastics.
