The heat exchanger (300) has an interior blade (8) located in a heat pipe (3a) e.g. right pipe, on an evaporation side to increase range of heat transmission of the pipe with the active fluid such as water. The pipe (3a) and another heat pipe (3b) on a condensation side are connected for forming a closed loop type cycle in which the fluid circulates between the pipes. The pipe (3a) is arranged such that the fluid circulates in the pipe (3a) in a direction differing from a horizontal direction. The blade has a lower end that is positioned above an upper surface of the fluid in a liquid state.
