#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves generating a modifier control (ot) of teleinformation frames to modify operational rates of electrical emery consumers. The modification by the modifier control in the successive frames is operated while the modifier control subsists to generate modified teleinformation frames (tm). The teleinformation frames are applied to the electrical power consumers. Teleinformation frames (t) are generated by an electronic counter placed at the top of a home facility. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for controlling the electrical power consumer of a home facility supplied from an electrical power distribution system by a local control device (claimed), where the home facility is utilized for a commercial usage building commercial usage such as office and company, and domestic usage building such as single-family house and apartment. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method simplifies the control protocol, and authorizes the modifications by the user, either locally or remotely, by the standardization of the protocol for all equipments of same facility.
