CLIMATE AND LOAD UNION MONITORING SYSTEM FOR A CONTAINER CRANE

An integrated climate and load monitoring system for a container crane is provided to simultaneously measure the direction of the wind, the velocity of the wind and a load to precisely measure a load state of a crane structure. An integrated climate and load monitoring system for a container crane includes a load cell(1), a wind direction/speed indicator(2), an L/C amp(3), a pre amp(4), and a multi-A/D converter(5). The load cell and the wind direction indicator are installed at the container crane. The L/C amp is connected to the pre amp and the multi-A/D converter to amplify values obtained from the wind direction/speed indicator at the intervals of 0.1sec. The multi-A/D converter converts an analog signal of the direction of the wind, the velocity of the wind and a load into a digital signal.
