An EMI shield sheet and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to block EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) waves leaked from a housing of information technology equipment. An EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) shield sheet is composed of a fiber assembly(3) with conductive hairlines and an elastic resin(1) containing a conductive filler. At least a part of an end part of the fiber assembly is revealed from the outer surface of a shock-absorbing material, and the other part of the end part of the fiber assembly is buried in the shock-absorbing material. The elastic resin mixes the conductive filler uniformly, and has a number of cavities(2).
