<p>The system has two mandrels movable relative to one another, where the mandrels are arranged to break-through a jacket cover (2) and a jacket base after the insertion of the jacket in a holder. The base is arranged to close when or after pulling out the mandrels from the base. A hole in a silicon plate (14) of the base is sealed depending on the material properties of the plate, before the lower mandrel is pulled out from the plate.
