A filtering structure is provided to filter wastewater through the entire area of a filtering net, thereby utilizing the filtering net efficiently, by fastening the filtering net and unfastening the fastened filtering net during filtering of the wastewater. A housing(300) is inserted into a wastewater pipe(200). An upper rotation plate(420) is positioned within the housing. A central screw pole(460) is disposed at a lower end of the upper rotation plate, and upper wings(430) are formed around the upper rotation plate in a radial shape. An up-down member(462) has a screw engaged with the central screw pole. A stopper(520) has a vertical column(522) passing through the up-down member. A filtering net(140) is connected to the up-down member. A water purification pipe(500) is connected to an inside of the filtering net. The wastewater inputted into the housing through the wastewater pipe is bumped against the upper wings to rotate the upper rotation plate. The central screw pole is rotated by rotation of the upper rotation plate. The up-down member screw-joined to the central screw pole is elevated along the vertical column, thereby fastening the filtering net upwardly. The wastewater bumped against the upper wings is collected within the housing, and the collected water is filtered by the filtering net. The filtered water is discharged through the water purification pipe.
