<p>A computer based controller, a control system and a control method are provided to reduce memory usage rate of a lower level client system, to alleviate memory restrictions when a client system is configured, and to enhance memory usage efficiency by making the lower level client system partially download a recipe from a computer and execute the downloaded recipe. A computer based controller comprises a computer communication unit(11), a storage unit(14), a controller(12) and an external unit communication unit(13). The computer communication unit(11) makes communication with a computer. The storage unit(14) has plural buffers for storing recipe steps. The controller(12) receives the first step of the recipe at a buffer, executes the first step, stores the step next to a currently executed step at a waiting buffer until executing all the steps of the recipe is finished, and repeats execution of the recipe step stored at the waiting buffer in case that execution of a currently executed recipe step is finished. The external unit communication unit(13) make communication with an external unit.</p> |
