A bottle and a bottle cap are provided to open the bottle cap by turning and separating a sealing plug from a discharge plug by removing a sleeve. A bottle cap is composed of: an outer discharge plug fixed to a bottle inlet(54) by forcible fitting and provided with first threads(120) formed on the outer peripheral surface and at least one first hanging sill(116) formed at the outer side; an insert cap having second threads(172) formed on the inner peripheral surface and thread-combined with the outer discharge plug; and an inner sealing plug into which the insert cap is inserted and joined. At least one second hanging sill interfering with the first hanging sill to hang on the first hanging sill is formed at the inner sealing plug. A sleeve(182) is disposed to form a cut line together with the inner sealing plug and forcibly separated from the inner sealing plug by external force of a user.
