FIELD: construction engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed stone casting contains the following constituents, mass-%: SiO2, 48.0-52.0; Al2O3, 2.0-4.0; TiO2, 4.0-5.0; Fe2O3, 5.5-6.5; MnO2, 3.5-4.5; MgO, 14.5-16.5; CaO, 8.0-10.0; K2O, 0.8-1.8; Cr2O3, 1.5-2.5; As2O3, 0.1-0.2; CuO, 4.0-5.0. Used as main raw material for stone casting are basalt and andesite volcanic slags at addition of the following wastes: blast-furnace process, steelmaking process, copper melting process, titanium slag and broken glass. ^ EFFECT: enhanced strength of stone casting. ^ 1 tbl |
