FIELD: improved commercial properties of strips of copper-silver alloy containing silver and designed for producing windings of rotors of turbine generators. ^ SUBSTANCE: known method for producing strip of copper-silver alloy comprising steps of using as base of alloy cathode copper; producing ingot by semi-continuous casting; making blank by means of hot deformation, for example by pressing; drawing hot deformed blank to intermediate blank; full recrystallization annealing of intermediate blank and finish drawing of it to ready strip is realized at using cathode copper of MOOc kind and performing finish drawing at percentage reduction epsi = [(Fo - F1)/Fo] x 100% = 6 - 13 % where Fo - cross section area of intermediate blank after full recrystallization annealing, F1 - cross section area of ready strip. ^ EFFECT: lowered specific electric resistance of material, improved stability of mechanical properties of articles. ^ 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
