A structure of a Y shaped distributing pipe for diverging and combining a wall embedded hot or cold water flexible pipe is provided to install the hot or cold water flexible pipes easily and to reduce the number of the hot or cold water flexible pipes by combining a dual pipe combining device having a combining device rotating part. A rectangular bottleneck combining device body(11) is projected with left and right diverging combining parts(13a,13b). A bottleneck combining device(10) is formed with a cylindrical bottleneck rotating part(12) at the lower part of the bottleneck combining device body. Dual diverging pipes(14a,14b) are combined by bottleneck combining nuts(15). The bottleneck rotating part is combined with a dual pipe combining device(20) having a combining device rotating part(22). A catching groove ring(22a) is rotated on a catching protrusion ring(12a).
