A transfer paper having a silicone resin protection layer is provided to minimize exfoliation of printed patterns by protecting the patterns by the protection layer. A transfer paper having a silicone resin protection layer comprises: a transfer protection paper(10) to backside of which heat curable adhesive is applied; a protection layer(20) comprising the applied adhesive and non-adhesive silicone resin; a pattern printed layer(40) where various patterns are printed; a primer layer(30) formed to enhance adhesive force between the protection layer and the pattern printed layer; an adhesive layer(50) which is attached directly to outer surface of a transfer object; a release layer(60) formed under the adhesive layer; and a back paper(70) which has a base surface removable from the adhesive layer and the release layer and on top side of which heat curable adhesive is applied.
