METHOD FOR DATA COMMUNICATION IN MOBILE SYSTEM LINKED WITH TRS AND CDMA/GSM WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK

A method for data communication in a mobile system linked with TRS(Trunked Radio System) and CDMA/GSM(Code Division Multiple Access/Global System for Mobile communication) wireless communication networks is provided to replace automatically a communication scheme with a CDMA/GSM wireless communication network when failure occurs in the TRS wireless communication network, thereby performing seamlessly the data communication. A method for data communication in a mobile system linked with TRS and CDMA/GSM wireless communication networks comprises the following steps of: performing data communication by using a TRS wireless communication network(ST1); determining whether failure occurs by monitoring periodically a network state and a data transceiving state(ST2,ST3); allowing application to notify a user that a communication scheme is switched when it is determined that the failure occurs and transmitting only data, which the user wants to transmit, by switching only the communication scheme into CDMA/GSM(ST4); and allowing a server to determined that the communication scheme is automatically switched when the reception of data is initially received and maintain the communication scheme in the CDMA/GSM after the switching of the communication scheme(ST5).
