A load guidance system is provided for use with a load carrying device 1, such as a golf trolley, comprising a load support 3 and ground engaging members such as wheels 6, 8. A connecting member 10 extends between a leader, such as a pedestrian, and the device 1. A control arrangement can monitor the connecting member 10 and can act to modify the action of a drive arrangement for a steering mechanism of the device 1 to cause the device 1 to follow the leader. The monitored condition may be tension in the connecting member 10. |
