<p>A high-visibility jacket comprises at least a sleeve-cover element (5) associated with a respective sleeve (2) of the jacket (1) and provided with high-visibility properties. Each sleeve-cover element (5) can take up a folded-back position in which it is folded over itself, and an extended position in which it wraps up substantially in full at least a portion corresponding to the forearm of the respective sleeve (2).
