A method for manufacturing of a slide bearing with an oil groove is provided to reduce cost by simplifying a manufacturing process of a slide bearing assy and to enhance performance and lifetime of a pump by accurately forming an oil groove in a bush. A method for manufacturing a slide bearing includes the steps of: forming a Teflon-based resin layer at one surface of strip-shaped material and forming a notch at one side surface of a center of the material by using a mold at the same time; cutting the material with the resin layer; forming an oil groove at both parts of the cut material using a press; molding a bush by roll-forming the material with the oil groove; and barrel-polishing the molded bush. |
