A filtering structure is provided to perform a filtering process of wastewater using the entire area of a filtering net, thereby utilizing the filtering net efficiently, by fastening the filtering net and unfastening the fastened filtering net. A cylindrical filtering net(140) is disposed within a housing(300). A cylindrical fixing unit(630) fixes an upper end of the filtering net, and has a radius smaller than a radius of the filtering net. A lower end of an upper cylinder case(622) is contacted with an outer circumference of an upper portion of the filtering net, wherein the upper cylinder case has an upper horizontal film(624) therein. An upper plate(665) is disposed above the upper cylinder case. A wastewater pipe(200) is connected to a first space(751) defined by the upper cylinder case and the upper plate. The upper cylinder case is downwardly moved by a pressure of the wastewater, which is inputted into the first space to press the upper portion of the filtering net, which is inclined in a direction of the fixing unit, thereby fastening the filtering net. The wastewater flows to a space, which is widened between the upper cylinder case and the upper plate by downward movement of the upper cylinder case, moved into the housing, and filtered through the fasten filtering net.
