In this communication terminal apparatus, when detecting the connection of a memory card (13), a control part (100) receives a memory identifier and public key information from the memory card (13), and notifies them to a group network forming part (112). In response to the notification of the memory identifier (MID-X) reception, the group network forming part (112) outputs a memory information registration request to the control part (100).
