A mounting frame for a car audio and an assembly utilizing the same are provided to prevent the car audio from being separated from a mounting frame by a rear separation preventive suspending unit when the car audio is pushed rearward. A mounting frame for a car audio includes a frame member(310) and an elastic suspending unit. The frame member detachably mounts the car audio. The elastic suspending unit is installed at the frame member. The elastic suspending unit is composed of an elastic plate(350), a guide suspending unit(360), and a front and rear separation preventive suspending unit(370). The elastic plate is slantly projected inward. The guide suspending unit and the front and rear separation preventive suspending units are formed at the elastic plate. The guide suspending unit is placed in front of the front and rear separation preventive suspending units.
