FIELD: equipment for processing of food and feed products by using extrusion process. ^ SUBSTANCE: press-extruder has detachable cylindrical casing incorporating screw consisting of parts. Circular bores are provided on inner surface of cylindrical casing parts at parts junction sites. First ring with inner slots is placed in bores positioned at an angle to ring axis. Press-extruder is further provided with charging device and extrusion head positioned at end of detachable cylindrical casing of screw. Second ring is tightly pressed to first ring. Inner slots of first ring are deviated to the right from ring axis in direction of advancement of main mass and slots of second ring are deviated to the left. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of extrusion process by reducing return flow and temperature of basic material in leakage zone. ^ 2 dwg
