摘要 FIELD: control systems. ^ SUBSTANCE: system is designed to control speed of differential cylinder. Proposed hydraulic control system contains differential cylinder 1 with rod space 4, piston space 5, distributor 6 and spool valve 7. Body 8 of spool valve 7 has right-hand and left-hand side covers and it is made with through hole 9 with first, second and third grooves 10, 11, and 12 respectively in middle part. Hole 9 accommodates spool valve 13 with first and second ring grooves 14 and 15, respectively, and end face bores 16 and 17. Engaging surfaces of hole 9 and spool valve 13 are made with constant diameter. Movable pusher 18 is installed in bore 16 to form left-hand end face space 19 and control space 20, and movable stop 21 installed in end face bore 17 forms right-hand end face space 22. Control chamber 23 is formed between movable stop 21 and bottom of end face bore 17 in which force-compressed spring 24 is installed. Control chamber 23 is connected with left-hand end face space 22, distributor 6, differential cylinder 1, ring groove 11 and ring groove 15 hydraulic coupling made in form of radial channel 25. First ring groove 10 is connected by channel 27 with distributor 6 and by hydraulic coupling made in form of radial channel 28 in spool 13, with control space 20. Second ring groove 11 is connected by channel 29 with rod space 4. Third ring groove 12 is connected by channel 30 with distributor 6, channel 31 piston space 5, and channel 32 with left-hand end face space 19. Ring grooves 10 and 11 are interconnected through ring groove 14, and ring grooves 11 and 12 communicate through ring groove 15. Rod space 4 and piston space 5 are interconnected by ring groove 15. Distance between right-hand side wall of first ring groove 14 of spool and left-hand side wall of second ring groove 11 of body should be greater than or equal to distance between left-hand side wall of second ring groove 15 of spool and right-hand side wall of second ring groove 11 of body. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability in operation, manufacturability of spool valve, facilitated repair process. ^ 1 dwg
